We know how that is …which is why our front desk has a toothbrush, shaving equipment, sewing kit, nail file and shower cap ready for you, just in case you need it.
The WiFi access in all rooms, bar and reception area is free, of course. You will receive your login upon check-in at the front desk.
The unique nature of our loft & studios could well spawn a series of special requests. We will try to accommodate all personal preferences, but can not guarantee specific rooms, only room categories.
Unfortunately, we can not have our eyes in all places at once, which is why the hotel corridors are equipped with cameras. Our access control system ensures that the hotel is only open to hotel guests at night. Sleep tight!
The entire hotel is a non-smoking environment by law. Also, we would like all guests have an odorless stay. In case of noncompliance, the costs of cleaning will be added to your bill (smoking in your room 300,00 € & 3000 € if the fire alarm goes on). You are free enjoy a smoke on the hotel bar’s terrace. Or on the northern terrace after 10:00 pm.

Feel free to regulate the temperature in your room via A/C and heater. In your room there is a regulator for the air conditioning and radiator.

To enable high-end listening pleasure, your room is eqipped with a wireless BOOM device by Ultimate Ears, featuring 360º speakers. Simply switch the on the BOOM, connect your Bluetooth enabled device by pressing the Bluetooth button for three seconds. If your device is NFC enabled, just hold it near the BOOM. In order to respect the privacy of all guests, our BOOMS are limited in volume. Feel free to download the BOOM app, if you’d also like to use its alarm clock feature.
To permanently ensure suitable rooms for persons with allergies, we must ask you to let us know in advance, should you plan to bring your small pet (cleaning costs per pet 50,00 €). Thank you for your cooperation.
All drinks and foods served at The Flushing Meadows Hotel Bar are also available with roomservice. Having said that, we are looking forward to your visit in our bar on the fourth floor!
The Flushing Meadows Hotel is situated in the heart of the lively Glockenbach neighborhood, which is the ideal location to explore the city by foot or bike. You can reach the old city center including famous Viktualienmarkt in just a couple of minutes by foot. And you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, boutiques etc. in direct proximity of the hotel. Our free gym, swimming pool and solarium are located just 100 meters from the hotel. The Isar beaches and promenade are ideal for jogging, swimming, bike riding or just hanging out in the sun. Borrow a bath robe for a minor deposit at the front desk, if you like!
Munich’s tap water is considered to be among the best in the world – perfectly safe and tasty. The Flushing Meadows Bar also features top-notch local water by our friends at “Aqua Monaco”, if you prefer it bottled. Your first in-room bottle is on the house!
